Summer is over, and my heart is a bit broken, but just like everything else, time will heal all. My band is breaking up and I’m going solo. I'm going to put out a new album on November 4th. It's called 9 by Aramis. That's me, I’m aramis, and i was able to bring into life with some help from my friends ben and sam. I love those guys. I’ve been thinking for the first time in a while and wanted to share some photos that have made me think lately. These are photos from summer and everything after.

- North Pole by Injury Reserve: I love this song. It reminds me of the end of my days in college and my crush at the time.
- Ongoingness: The End of a Diary by Sarah Manguso: This is the last book I read, and I loved the use of form. I think Sarah Manguso is my favorite author of the moment.
- The Smashing Machine directed by Benny Safdie: This movie completely changed the course of my week. It left me feeling rawer than I’d like to be. This movie might not do it for you, film snobs, but I thought this was a beautiful story on how close everything always is to falling about. Makes me choke up just thinking about it. If this movie made you feel anything at all, I’d love to talk to you about it!
